Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Full timeSalary: $180,000 – $220,000 + super + bonus + incentivesAttractive remuneration + bonus + sales incentivesThe Role:Our global client is seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record to drive growth in Cybersecurity solutions across the ANZ region. This is a hybrid role that requires 70% new business development and 30% account management. This role is open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, although candidates anywhere in Australia will also be considered.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a new business development plan for Cybersecurity solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted segments and accounts.Collaborate with presales and competency teams to create effective win plans and proposals.Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.Achieve defined revenue and gross margin targets aligned with company growth objectives.Develop and execute account growth strategies for existing clients.Skills and Experience:Minimum of 10 years of overall sales experience, preferably in selling Cybersecurity solutions.Must have an existing network in ANZ.Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and acquiring new clients.Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.What's on Offer:Additional sales incentives for new client acquisition.Access to existing accounts.Opportunity to work with a well-established team in Australia.
