As the ANZ Sales Director, you'll play an important role in identifying premium business opportunities in the APAC region.About The RoleThis role reports directly to the Managing Director and leads an existing team of three Sales Managers and roughly 50 indirect reports. This Director is responsible for customer acquisition across Australia & New Zealand as well as developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and leading high-performing sales teams. We are looking for an inspiring leader who thrives off supporting and motivating their team at every opportunity. You must have demonstrated experience leading sales teams and proven experience leading corporate and government sales and responding to complex procurement and tender processes. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, and knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred.
