We're looking for a Digital Designer to join our talented Sales Communications team tasked with developing customer communication designs that excite and engage.
This role is available on a permanent basis, and we are flexible as to whether you are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.
This exciting role delivers creative, design, and brand communication solutions that impact consumer attitude and behaviour whilst aligning to our brand positioning.
A day in the life... Partnering with our sales and marketing teams to deliver leading creative designs and campaigns that create cut-through with our customers.
Partnering with our Digital Content Strategist to deliver innovative market activity aligned to brand campaigns, positioning, and insights.
Executing timely and accurate material and asset management; including product imagery, material enrichment, and ensuring product descriptions are accurate.
Responsible for the creation and delivery of EDMs to all our customers.
Supporting our wider sales operations team with the design of wider customer communications - banner designs, invitations, trade relations advertising, etc.
What you will need from day one... Passion for bringing communications to life through innovative digital design.
Passionate and creative mindset with an energy to grow in this space.
Digital design experience such as email direct marketing, web, social media, and banner design, and experience using email marketing systems (e.g., Mailchimp/Campaign Monitor/Braze, etc.) is essential experience for this role.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder groups.
