These roles will focus on generating business opportunities and prequalifying potential customers.
These positions are in-person and based out of our head office in Perth, Ontario.Key Responsibilities:Arrange and perform virtual presentations to prequalify sales opportunities for the Project Managers Sales Team.Conduct cold-calling to reach decision makers and prequalify leads for the sales team.Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline.Execute promotional opportunities designed to increase awareness and market share.Persuasively articulate Skyline Group's competitive advantages as a leader in height safety through a variety of media and channels.Document activities including customer visitations, conversations, activities and results of sales team activities in the company CRM database.Ensure monthly targets are met and completed accurately.Maintain the accuracy of data.Desired Skills and Competencies:Proven business knowledge and experience gained from at least two years in a sales, sales support, or business development role.Demonstrated experience prequalifying leads and lead generation.Strong presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.Strong experience with cold-calling with a proven ability to cultivate relationships and influence decision-makers.Why Join Us?Growth & Development: Be part of an expanding team with opportunities for personal and professional growth.Impact: Help drive our sales goals forward and build our reputation as a trusted partner in height safety.Collaboration: Join a culture that values teamwork, innovation, and where your contributions are recognized and supported by a dedicated team.Company Culture: Be part of a driven, ambitious, and supportive team focused on achieving goals and delivering exceptional service.Lifestyle: For roles based out of our head office in Perth, Ontario, enjoy a friendly small-town community vibe coupled with modern amenities located within a short 45-minute drive from our nation's capital and the rich vibrant culture and attractions it has to offer.
