Summary:We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in APAC. This role is only available to remote candidates in the Sydney/New South Wales area of Australia.
What your team does:Clio's APAC team drives our international expansion in the region and operates like a startup within a larger company, blazing the trail for Clio throughout APAC. We are looking for someone who is interested in playing a critical role in our growth journey as we expand further into international markets.
Our Sales Development Representative team is the engine that drives interest in Clio's product offerings across our prospective customer base. They work with prospective customers to provide sound advice, and offer solutions to complex problems using strong business acumen and resourcefulness. They create qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives that directly impact Clio's revenue growth.

A team playerA creative problem solverPassionateAgileNaturally curiousConfident, articulate and sensitive to the needs of our customers and fellow team membersWhat you'll be doing:Qualify and develop predominantly inbound opportunities and follow up with warm leads;Understand the needs of prospects and communicate them clearly to Account Executives;Book qualified meetings for Account Executives;Communicate Clio's value proposition and solutions to prospective customers and position relative to their specific needs;Partner with Account Executives to build pipeline;Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities;Work closely with sales, marketing, support and product to share insights you learn from prospects;Maintain detailed notes and accurate tracking of interactions and communications with prospective customers in SalesForce.com;Other duties as required.What you may have:Sales experience/cold-calling experienceKnowledge of our product and company - must be able to assess and anticipate customer needs and comfort levelsA competitive mindsetA continuous improvement mindsetSerious bonus points if you have:B2B sales and or Saas/Tech sales experienceExperience selling legal technology or to legal professionalsWhat you will find here:Compensation is one of the main components of Clio's Total Rewards Program. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
* We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
