We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do.We've raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK.We're hiring a Sales Development Rep to support our sales team in generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads and supercharging our sales efforts of our clinical AI product.What you'll do:Execute cold outbound activities including cold calling, emailing target lists based to generate leads and set appointments.Identify prospects through social media such as online healthcare groups across Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads in our CRM System (Hubspot).Support our Business Development Reps and Account Executives in follow-up of qualified prospects and scheduling appointments.Perform product demos with customers where you walk them through the most relevant features.Support BDRs in market research to identify untapped clinical groups who could benefit from an AI scribe.Network, build rapport, and nurture relationships with clinicians, specialists, hospitals, and clinics, to build a sales pipeline.Develop a deep understanding of our product, the competitive landscape, and the medical industry.What we will look for:Proven track record of 1-2+ years in B2B/B2C sales, experience in healthcare desirable.Ideally worked for an early stage software (SaaS) company doing product demos.Experience building a sales pipeline with cold outreach to generate qualified leads.Advantageous to have used our CRM software Hubspot and be a tracking machine.Self-starter, highly motivated, competitive, driven by hitting numbers and developing deep relationships with commercial sales acumen.Ability to work autonomously with high levels of accountability to meet customer needs and sales targets.Someone who is compassionate, has a great sense of humour, a zest for life, is keen to accelerate their career in sales and have fun!Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships, we want to hear from you.What do we believe in?We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast.
