The Role This role is designed for applicants who hold existing sales experience and are keen to build a long-term career in software sales with proper training and a lucrative commission structure. Tanda will provide extensive training and professional development that will equip you with strong sales skills to successfully prospect new customers with no tertiary qualifications required. You will be based out of our Brisbane office, where you will report to our Head of Sales, David Fleming alongside our existing team of SDRs. In a growing software company, you will also gain quality career progression opportunities, and be incentivised by a generous uncapped commission structure.
Core Responsibilities: Drive sales development by engaging with prospective clients via phone and emailBuild meaningful relationships with larger target accounts with a longer-term sales horizonResearch businesses, including key business indicators, demographics, and key decision makers, to influence target account strategyProgress prospective clients down the sales funnel towards a final meeting with an Account Executive to close dealsTake the initiative to source new accounts for your pipelineAbout You Possess a strong work ethic and initiative to create new opportunitiesHave attention to detail and refined organisational skillsOutcome-orientated and driven to be the best at any given taskPassionate about sales and marketingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources preferred although not requiredOpen to learning and incorporating new sales strategies and structuresCareer Progression & Growth at Tanda Tanda offers a clear progression pathway for graduates and incoming staff commencing in a sales role. All members of the current leadership team commenced at the company in a sales capacity. Further, previous sales members are now leading teams globally across our additional offices. With successful performance, Account Executive positions can be reached in as little as six months.

Across a 20-year career in hospitality, Nick has managed local venues including managing the GPO Hotel, The Wickham Hotel, and The Met nightclub as well as owning his own venues.
