Sales Development Representative – H&L Point of Sale and H&LPay (POS) – Australia We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team.
As an SDR focused on Point of Sale, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Your goal will be to drive sales opportunities, contribute to revenue growth, and promote the adoption of our POS solutions.
You will assist in qualifying potential H&LPay clients within our existing portfolio as well as with new venues.

The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of our office in Adelaide, working in a hybrid work model! What your day will look like: Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trendsUtilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate leadsCollaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and nurture them through the sales pipelineQualification: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challengesEvaluate potential leads to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profileQualify leads based on established criteria and pass on high-potential opportunities to the Sales teamCommunication: Articulate the value proposition of our POS solutions to prospectsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offeringsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique requirementsCollaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and share insightsProvide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and sales strategiesGoal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualificationContribute to the overall revenue growth by converting qualified leads into opportunities for the Sales teamAbout You: Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar roleFamiliarity with Point of Sales (POS) systems and the retail industry is a plusA bachelor's degree in a related discipline is advantageous but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsGoal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targetsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsFluent in English, both written and verbal, is essentialMust be legally authorized to work in AustraliaJoin us at H&L and H&LPay and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the Point of Sales experience for businesses across Australia.
