About the role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Growth team on a commission-based structure. The primary function of this role will be to initiate first calls and make introductions with potential clients, with the objective of securing introductory meetings for product demos. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving our business growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Growth, this is a remote-based role.

With a focus on growth and a proactive approach, you're ready to contribute to our dynamic team and drive resultsResponsibilities Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to identify and engage with potential clients in target marketsKPI: generating qualified leads for business developmentDeliver compelling introductions of Urban CGI's services, emphasising the value and benefits of our CGI and visualisation solutionsResearch prospects to personalise your communicationsSchedule introductory meetings for potential clients with our sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off for product demosMaintain detailed Salesforce records of calls, including call outcomes, client feedback, and follow-up actions, in the CRM systemWork closely with the Marketing team to refine call scripts and approaches based on target market insights and campaign objectivesStay informed about Urban CGI's services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value propositionAchieve and exceed assigned targets for calls made, meetings scheduled, and other relevant performance metricsProvide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on potential client needs, market trends, and opportunities for improving our outreach strategiesSkills and Requirements 2+ years' experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environmentExcellent communication, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clientsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to meeting targetsFamiliarity with CRM systems and proficient in managing and tracking sales activitiesKnowledge of the CGI, visualisation, or related industries is a plusAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentThis position offers a competitive commission-based structure with the potential for uncapped earnings based on performance.
