Description Eftsure, is a fast-scaling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Fraud Technology platform that protects the B2B payments of Australian businesses by providing real-time vendor (supplier) verification and real-time payment protection. In a world of explosive and evolving cybercrime and payment fraud we ensure our customers never pay the wrong people!
Our vision is to be the Security Standard for B2B payments with continual platform evolution and international expansion. Our mission is to support the Australian business community to transact securely. We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is a permanent role and will report to our Head of Sales Development.
Role Summary: The Sales Development Manager will be a key driver of our sales strategy and growth. You will lead and mentor a team of SDRs in our Australian office to generate high-quality leads and results.
As a valued member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of SDRs, fostering a high-performance cultureTrack and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, activity levels, and overall team productivity.Use data-driven insights to optimize lead generation processes and implement best practicesDesign and implement efficient processes for lead qualification, follow-up, and handoff to the sales teamEngage and collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and enhance overall business performance.Requirements (skills and experience): Proven experience in sales development, with a track record of success in leading and managing SDR teams.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAt Eftsure we have a culture that demonstrates that our employees are our priority.
