Business Development Partner– Delivery Phase Services (DPS) Region.
Working closely with the Regional Market Leader and Regional General Manager, we are looking for a driven and organised individual to play a key role in the commercial growth for GHD, with a focus on the Delivery Phase Services offering.
You will work closely with APAC-wide technical teams, Market Leaders, Relationship Managers, the Marketing Communications community, and other stakeholders to create business opportunities for GHD.
You will collaborate to uphold a winning work discipline and culture, efficient systems, processes, tools, to deliver responsive and tailored solutions for our clients.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the attributes of being a team player, ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you: Coordination of positioning activity (pre-RFP) to support DPS growth opportunities with key clients: Specifically, you will help create client pitch presentations, design and execute client workshops, and lead on coordination of DPS-related GHD-hosted client roundtable forums and summits etc.Bid management: Working with the Regional Market Leader and other DPS Leads, you will support pursuits and live bids in a variety of ways. This will vary from writing the capture/bid plan, developing client presentations, facilitating client driver and win themes workshops, as well as hands-on coordination of bid inputs alongside the Bid Managers.External and internal communications: Contribute to national brand building activity, Thought Leadership/LinkedIn content development, help develop major conference presentations. Internally, you will support any communication to the region which is focussed on winning work.Content for business development toolkit: It is essential to have fresh tools readily available including a suite of Pitch Packs, Capability Statements, proposal-ready case studies etc.Tracking and monitoring: Lead the administration of DPS' Work Winning pipeline tracking and reporting for a variety of audiences including ELT, APAC Leadership teams, and the GHD Board.What you will bring to the team: Relevant tertiary qualifications (commerce, engineering, business management, journalism, communications, similar)5-15 years' experience in a work winning role within an engineering consulting firm, including responding to bids and pursuitsKnowledge of the energy and resources sector across APACStrong project management skills and excellent writing and proof-reading skillsProficient use of computer programs including Microsoft Office (in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and exposure to Adobe InDesignCompetency in the use of Salesforce, BST10 and Power Bi reportingMarketing skills including development of curated content for social media and event management
