Customer Service & Sales Consultant – High-End Custom Jewellery | Dunsborough, WAAre you an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our client, a prestigious provider of high-end custom jewellery in Western Australia, is actively seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join their team in Dunsborough. With over 30 years of expertise, our client has earned a reputation as one of WA's leading jewellers, offering the largest selection of diamond stones and employing some of the most skilled jewellery designers and artisans in Australia.About the RoleAs a full-time Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you'll play an integral role in the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience for clients. You will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment that values initiative and exceptional service. The role requires a Monday to Friday commitment, with occasional Saturday shifts (1-2 per month) during peak trading months. Importantly, the business only operates on weekends for half of the year, ensuring a balanced work schedule.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers daily, providing personalised service and guiding them through the entire sales journey, from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up.Ensure an exceptional buying experience by building strong relationships and showcasing in-depth knowledge of the products.Prepare and manage sales quotations, handle follow-ups, and maintain meticulous records to support the sales process.Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring displays are consistently appealing and reflect the high-end nature of the jewellery collection.Perform additional administrative tasks related to sales and customer interactions as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the store.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package.Generous Commissions and Bonuses: Potential to earn an additional $5,000 to $10,000 annually, based on performance.Training and Support: No prior jewellery experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.Career Development: Opportunity for professional growth and career advancement within a well-respected and established company.Immediate Start: Join the team and begin making an impact straight away.About YouWe're looking for candidates who are personable, driven, and enjoy interacting with people.
