ROLE We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students, and educators, providing comprehensive support for all inquiries related to our educational services and programs.
This is a contract role, three days per week for 4 hours per day.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and support requests.
Provide accurate information regarding educational programs, admissions procedures, and services offered.
Handle and resolve customer concerns with a focus on service excellence.
Participate in outreach initiatives to promote educational programs and services.
YOU Undergraduate degree or above in education desirable.
Proven experience in customer service.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
