Sales/Customer Service/Administrator

About The Opportunity We are a growing Window Furnishing business looking to fill a key customer service role in a busy and friendly office. This is an all-rounder position that will teach you every aspect of the industry, from customer service to admin, product knowledge, showroom consultations, and in-home sales.
Although existing industry knowledge would be a plus, it is not essential, as in-depth training will be provided. The right candidate needs to be interested in interior decoration and dedicated to learning.
This position has so much room for development, allowing to move into customer service or sales as industry knowledge and understanding grow.
Your role will cover a range of operational duties such as, but not limited to:
Greeting Customers in the Showroom
Answering phones
Booking leads & installer calendars
Quoting off-floor plans
Manage emails 
Managing installers
Accepting Deliveries
Ordering products
Organizing runs
Basic admin
The successful candidate will possess A vibrant and outgoing personality Interest in Interior decoration (eg Certificate IV in Interior design) (desirable)Prior administration or customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills (essentials)Strong attention to detail (essential)Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite & Gmail/Calendar (essential)Xero experience (desirable) Hours 30-38 hours over 5 days -Office based Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, however, we are flexible and for the right person willing to discuss.
