About the opportunity
As the Sales CRM Success Manager within our Sales Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics) to enhance customer interactions and drive operational efficiency.
This position requires a blend of strategic planning, CRM optimization, and hands-on technical expertise to ensure the smooth running and continuous improvement of our CRM systems.
This is a CRM end user (sales team) focused role as opposed to a back-end technical role.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Optimization: Manage and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to meet evolving business needs and improve customer interactions. Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data through regular audits and maintenance. System Customization: Customize and configure CRM features and workflows to align with the specific needs of the business working along technology department. User Adoption & Training: Drive the adoption of CRM best practices across the organization and provide ongoing user training and support. Strategic CRM Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to develop and implement strategies for optimizing CRM processes and systems. You'll join a close-knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries.

Skills and experience:
5+ years of experience managing CRM systems in a sales/operations team, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Expert problem solver with hands-on experience in CRM customization and process optimization. Data-driven mindset to ensure consistent data integrity and accuracy. Technical competence to work with technology specialists using JIRA, running UAT, writing change request specifications. Strong communicator able to provide training and engage with the sales team to enhance CRM usage. Strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term CRM improvements with day-to-day technical tasks.
