Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:  Attend to all customer inquiries in a timely mannerProvide accurate advice and information on requestProvide customer-specific quotes and estimates as requiredMaintain accurate recordsAttend to customer follow-ups and update the CRM Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligationsActively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
