We are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Sales Coordinator to join our team based at Nowra The Position Handle order processing with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, or work with sales reps to inform clients of delays and problems (as well as to solve these problems)Respond to customer inquiries/complaintsCommunicate via telephone and email with Rep's, customers & suppliersCommunicate internally with other divisions and staffPunctuality re: commencement of work.Follow security proceduresFollow company policy and procedure re; paperwork/customer files/uniformsAttend weekly team meetingsAny ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department.Communication – demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer Service - experienced in providing high-level serviceRelationship Building - ability to work well with other team members, customers, and vendorsProblem Solving – handle multiple duties simultaneously and exhibit initiativeClerical - touch typing, filing, data entry, excel, e-mail, faxOrganisational – organise/prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detailCo-ordinate a quality hand over from sales and sales support and verify that the order documentation is complete and contact salesperson or customer to obtain clarification on the installation date.On Offer Opportunity to contribute and become part of a growing success in the industryIf you are keen, motivated, and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you!
