This role is integral to ensuring seamless sales operations, client satisfaction, and proactive account management. Organise calendars, tasks, and travel for Sales Reps.Administration: Prepare reports, manage pricing, handle quotations, tenders, and other administrative tasks. Prepare client quotes and manage order processing on behalf of Sales Reps.Client Support & Account Management: Manage client queries, account actions, and ensure client satisfaction. Address client requests promptly via email, web, or phone.Client Appointments: Plan client visits and schedule appointments for Sales Reps.Data & CRM Management: Manage sales-related emails, CRM data, and process orders. Analyse and interpret data for projects and client needs.Proactive Sales Activities: Generate leads and referrals through outbound efforts.
