Linx Finance Australia Pty Ltd – Hawthorn VICBringing a sound understanding of equipment finance within a similar broking firm, the Sales Coordinator will work closely with our Melbourne based Sales team in progressing commercial equipment finance transactions.This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.About the RoleServe as the primary liaison between the sales and operations teams, ensuring the smooth on-boarding of customers and setting up new deals in company systems.Assist salespeople with their pipelines and deal flow.Assist the operations team in progressing and settling transactions, ensuring efficient handling of all aspects of the deal lifecycle.Regularly communicate with salespeople and internal teams throughout the transaction process, managing client and lender queries, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.Identify and resolve potential errors or omissions in documentation and processes before they escalate.Manage direct customer and partner interactions, providing outstanding customer service with a customer-centric approach. Support the sales team by liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.Effectively manage a fast-paced, challenging set of stakeholder relationships while keeping multiple transactions on track.Collect and verify information and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy when setting up new transactions in our systems.Coordinate marketing and promotional activities when required.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the overall customer experience.The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years' experience in a comparable sales support function, dealing with full doc, private sale and low doc funding solutions.Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceNo formal qualifications are required however prior experience in coordinating within an equipment finance sales team/channel is preferred.It is preferred but not essential that the applicant has a business-related tertiary degree.A very high attention to detail with an analytical skillset.Expert product and industry knowledge.Creativity and flair for innovation.Relationship and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.An understanding of credit, documentation, settlements and commercial lending is desirable.Summary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, AfternoonTuesday: Morning, AfternoonWednesday: Morning, AfternoonThursday: Morning, AfternoonFriday: Morning, Afternoon2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.Expected salary: $73,150 per year.
