Job DescriptionPart Time role - 3 days per weekAssist the Sales team with system data entry and trackingAssist the team with weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting and presentations as requiredSales administration support including but not limited to processing supplier invoices, arranging travel and trade show participationMay be required to assist in the planning of sales calls for the Sales teamCoordinate a recording system for all incoming and outgoing correspondenceAssist in maintaining files for the Sales teamWhen possible, depending on workload, assist the team in the production of outgoing communication materialTo assist with research and competitive analysis when requiredAssist in the distribution of materials when required to clients and external partiesQualificationsDemonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.Strong administrative and organisational skills.Ability to adapt and persevere under pressure.Enthusiasm and infectious energy to contribute towards a positive working environment.A desire to grow your skills and make the most of being mentored by supportive Sales leaders.Additional InformationWe're glad you asked!
