In this dynamic Sales Coordinator role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and customer service support to help us deliver top-notch service to the mining industry. Key responsibilities:
Process purchase orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Handle ordering of contracted and COD items for purchase orders, making sure all stock is ordered and tracked correctly. Screen and action sales emails, ensuring customer queries and requests are handled quickly and professionally. Follow up on problem and outstanding jobs, working closely with sales and suppliers to resolve issues. Monitor and follow up on open supplier purchase orders, reporting significant changes to the relevant sales team members for quick resolution. Your new company
