Headed by our distinctly collaborative and passionate Sales Director, we are working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same! About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be crucial in supporting the smooth operations of our sales team and provide administrative support to the area as well as the wider Commercial division as required. This will include the opportunity to be involved in coordinating events such as corporate hospitality and product launches, as well as analysing and reporting on sales data that will help the business make informed strategic decisions. A key part of the role will also be providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues effectively and efficiently. About You We are looking for a true team player with a keen eye for detail and 'can-do' attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. In return you will be supported by a dedicated people manager and well remunerated. The skills and experience required that will set you apart for this position include, but are not limited to the following: Previous experience in a sales coordinator, customer service or administration position is essential. Experience and an understanding of sales processes. Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills. Experience with Salesforce.com. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suit of products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A background or interest in the automotive industry would be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management or relevant discipline are desirable.
