About the role: We are looking to add an enthusiastic and responsible individual to support our local Tasmanian Sales team in a full-time role based in either of our vibrant Hobart or Launceston offices.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting the team with various administrative tasks, including processing media bookings, generating reports, and helping with day-to-day office operations.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will work closely with Sales Executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, becoming an integral part of the team's success representing the NINE suite of channels - 9, 9Go, 9Gem and 9Life and also the TEN suite of channels 10, 10BOLD, 10Peach & Nickelodeon!
About you: Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is essential.Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.Thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.Eager to learn new systems and demonstrate a strong work ethic.Natural problem-solver.Clear communicator, both in writing and over the phone, with a friendly, helpful manner.Highly attentive to detail with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through prompt, customer-focused, and professional responses to inquiries and requests.Proactively provide support and embrace joint responsibility with Account Managers/Sales Executives for client activity and internal reporting activity.Ensure collaboration with other members of the Sales Coordination team in Tasmania and throughout the Network.What we can offer you: At WIN Network, we value our employees and offer a range of great benefits.
