Job DescriptionAbout the Role Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Your role will be critical to providing our customers with the best possible experience throughout the complete end-to-end rental process.
The core function of this role is to provide superior service to our customers – maintaining our industry-leading NPS Scores!
What you'll be doing: Delivering an amazing customer experience throughout the hire processCoordinate daily operations – equipment deliveries, pickups, repairs and breakdownsManage inbound and outbound phone callsMaintain and update our ERP system with all rental agreements, invoicing etc., ensuring accuracy of information.Continuously maintain a deep understanding of our products to be a subject matter expert for our customersDemonstrating Safety Leadership by leading and contributing to Orange Hire's safety cultureDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat will make you successful in the role: Previous experience in a similar roleCustomer focused, with the ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephoneA positive, energetic and sales-driven attitudeDemonstrated ability to work well with others, building trusting relationshipsBe commercially astute, ability to source and follow up leads, think outside the squareAbility to multitask and manage the everyday tasks with the more urgent and immediate tasksHigh-level verbal and written communication skillsWhat's on offer?
