In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of the sales team by delivering exceptional support to Account Managers and Sales Managers. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing both internal and external client satisfaction and driving revenue growth for the company. What you'll be doing:Provide administrative support to nominated Account Managers in an effective, detailed and timely mannerDeliver a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests, especially questions from clients and with client requirements (i.e. bookings, material, rates, and research)Proactively provide support and embrace joint responsibility with Account Managers for client activity and internal reporting activity in the following areas: Post Campaign ReportsDesigning, preparing and checking client proposalsBooking procedure – writing, client authorisation, entering, checking confirmations, providing client with confirmations, filing of broadcast agreements with appropriate paperwork attachedCreative process – briefs (when appropriate), client approval, material instructionsClient pre and post timesAccount Queries and Follow UpRevenue reportingSalesforce – accurate management of client databaseDevelopment and management of filing systems to ensure effective workflow for Account Managers and Sales ManagersExperience we're looking for: Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindsetExperience in managing client databases, and research programsWe are values driven at SCA - if you align with our core values, you'll be a great addition to the team:We're Better TogetherPeople are our PowerAlways CuriousWe Push Doors OpenBe GenuineStill not convinced?
