There is a vacancy for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join the team and contribute to our business success.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Maintain and foster key client and supplier relationships; Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders; Be a team player for the Mining and Industrial team to ensure the smooth running of tasks and business processes; Facilitate the fulfillment of Customer Orders for client accounts in accordance with established Company processes; Liaise between the broader logistics team and client accounts to ensure transparency within the process; Work closely with Warehouse & Logistics Teams to coordinate shipment preparation of Orders; Maintain, track, and monitor Sales, Inventory, Backorder, Expediting & DIFOT spreadsheet reports; Desirable skills and experience for this role include: Some experience in customer service, order processing, clerical/admin assistant duties; Some experience with Excel, Word, and data entry; Ability to work proactively and offer innovative solutions; Ability to work in a team; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; #J-18808-Ljbffr
