The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join Cleanaway's Liquid & Technical Services (LTS) division which specialises in Liquid & Hazardous Waste Management.
Based in Wingfield SA, you will support the sales team and assist our clients across our SA region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work with a team of highly driven technical sales professionals. Additionally, the role will include:
Intercepting, reviewing, vetting and distributing leads to action by our sales teams.Supporting with major quotes and bid preparation.Assisting customer enquiries – raising and preparing customer quotations and sales orders.Activating and processing customer information in Salesforce.Communicating with the sales team on various topics – e.g. ways to maximise system usage, function and features, pricing updates, reporting and relevant updates/changes.Preparing and distributing sales and customer reports from JDE and Salesforce.Identifying and implementing new or improved sales administration processes and procedures.About You You thrive in a sales-focused organisation and are driven by positive customer outcomes. Technically minded, you enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team. Ideally, you will also possess:
