THE ROLE: Working in our Corporate Sales Team, this diverse opportunity supports our ambitious team here in Cairns.
You will specialise in administration and sales support across our Conference and Events business and the position executes all related administration including creation of proposals, contracts and reports.
Liaising to ensure an exceptional customer journey, organising site visits, inspections and coordinating a proactive and timely response to enquiries are all in a days work for this important position within Crystalbrook Collection.
ABOUT YOU: To be successful in this role, we are seeking individuals with experience in a similar position - ideally from Hotels or Tourism.
You will be an invested communicator and a natural problem solver with a keen eye on the detail.
Naturally, you will be well organised and value a team environment.
Our Hotels are collaborative and inclusive and a like minded approach will be valued.
You will be an ideas person who uses initiative to resolve issues easily.
Finally, we would appreciate strong IT skills and any experience using Opera PMS and IVvy/or Sales Cloud would be highly regarded.
This rare and exciting opportunity spans across a 5-month period from January 2025 - June 2025.
