We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Contact Centres Campaign Manager to lead and manage the delivery and sales execution of all data-driven campaigns, lead-generated, and organic inbound activities executed via our contact centres (Onshore and Offshore, including messaging) and online sales platforms via digital direct marketing formats - eDM, DM, SMS, and other digital delivery platforms.
Please note - this role is a 12 month fixed term contract. The day to daySupport All Contact Centre Teams, Consumer Acquisition, Business Acquisition, Business and Consumer Community of Experts, Retention and Acquisition Messaging Teams.Build the business intelligence capabilities of the Digital Sales channel, working with other channels and departments across Optus- driving insights to provide a seamless channel-agnostic purchasing experience for its customers and prospects.Build and manage channel forecasts of outbound generated activity into sales teams.Ensure traffic and campaigns are aligned with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales objectives.Oversee the implementation of offers within Contact Centres.Collate and summarise campaign results data across multiple sources and develop recommendations for improvements.Work with Product Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to identify new campaign opportunities using a data-driven approach.Provide thought leadership in identifying digital sales opportunities and making business cases to pursue them.Why you are a fit for this amazing role!Extensive professional experience in a sales/marketing or related environment.Demonstrated experience in leading significant operations (staff and budgets) and reporting on performance.Proven experience in influencing senior management and managing the impact of change.Strong capability in continual improvements in cost management and maximising resource utilisation.Excellent communication and influencing skills.What's in it for you?3 days in the office, 2 days remote – with flexible hours to suit!Inclusive paid parental leave, up to 14 weeks for the primary care giverAll Optus employees have access to resources, webinars and support via the 'Parents at Work portal'Own your own growth by accessing an extensive online and facilitator led learning catalogue – even earn an MBA micro-credential via OptusU (University)Connect at work through one of our employee-led volunteer groups: Culture Connect, Elevate Women, Disability Network, Express Yourself (LGBTQIA+), United Veterans and Yarn NetworkKeen to see what it's really like to work at Optus?
