This is a solution sales role, and your responsibilities involve consulting with prospective customers, understanding their needs and requirements and executing the process of searching and screening for suitable candidates to fulfil your client's needs.The role involves building market share and promoting to new customers, but also managing these clients moving forward and therefore your relationship management along with your proposition/proposal delivery skills will be essential.On offer is a starting salary of $75k + super + uncapped comms with many consultants earning $200k + in their first year.Best of all, full industry training is provided, so no prior recruitment experience is needed.CandidateYou do not need to have any sales experience from within recruitment, all you need is sales experience.Essentially you must have a proven track record of successful sales experience where you have managed the full sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, pitching, presenting, and ultimately closing.Attitude is everything and the culture is highly motivated, driven, ambitious and certainly holds an atmosphere of over achievers.If you are looking to move into a new industry and join a team of highly motivated overachievers where you are guaranteed to improve your sales skills, then this role is for you.
