Job functionReporting to the Head of Sales Australia, this exciting new role is responsible for generating repeat sales as well as new business development within a defined segment (geographical territory and/or Key Accounts). You will generate opportunities and sell products and services to achieve revenue in line with business objectives and sales targets. Your aim is to build long term relationships and to ensure sustained repeat business growth.

You'll have autonomy to bring amazing ideas to the table and enable our commercial organisation to exceed their goals and significantly contribute to positive business and customer outcomes.
Specific responsibilitiesGenerate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.Be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales through sustained prospecting and activity (new business).Reaching monthly/annual targets and goals set for your region/portfolio.Maintain and develop a relationship with key individuals with customer base with the aim to gain trust and transparency for ongoing and future opportunities.Fully understand the business, buying and decision-making process of the customers.Understand and sell the whole product portfolio, including new customer solutions as appropriate to customer needs.Follow through account opportunities to close on the telephone, email or through face-to-face meetings, customer presentations and tender responses.Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the market, including industry, competitors and telecoms and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and implemented appropriately.Own and manage a sales forecast and relevant data to support such a forecast.Provide accurate detailed monthly and quarterly forecast and ensure information on CRM system is kept up to date.Interface with other internal departments as required ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of process.Follow all companies Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security.The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual.About youPrevious experience of business-to-business sales / business development.Enjoy a fast paced, a high-change environment and highly self-motivated.Enthused by our business – you like what you've seen of TXO, and you're motivated by the journey we're looking to go on in the coming few years.BenefitsSuperannuationCompany eventsOccasional business travelProgression opportunitiesOn-site free parkingFree refreshments and fruitHow to applyIf you have the skills and experience needed for this role, we want to hear from you.
