About Our Client Our client is a well-known home solutions brand specialising in beautifully designed and high-quality kitchens.
They are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their team at Mile End.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with customers to bring their dream kitchens to life, providing guidance through every step of the selection and design process.
About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences.
You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver personalised kitchen solutions.
This position requires full availability on weekends to meet the demand of high traffic during peak shopping times.
What You Will Do Engage with customers to understand their kitchen needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Guide clients through the product selection, design, and purchasing process.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer journey.
Meet and exceed sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Maintain an inviting showroom environment that aligns with the company's brand.
What You Will Bring Proven sales experience, ideally within the home improvement or interior design sectors.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Passion for home and kitchen design, with an eye for detail.
Availability to work full weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) with one weekend off a month.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
