We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our friendly sales team based in Sydney. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Rentokil Pest services.
You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your territory.
To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team.
In this role you will be responsible for these key areas: Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/ visitsServicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase salesDeveloping and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targetsBuilding strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipelineIdentifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful salesYou will have skills and experience including: Previous sales experienceAbility to cold-call & plan for sales territorySelf-motivation and ability to work autonomouslyA passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewardedGood time management skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentFull Australian Drivers LicenceIt would be highly advantageous if you also have: Experience within Business to Business & direct salesExcellent sales, solutions & negotiation skillsStrive to reach & exceed salesVersatility to build rapport with people at all levelsCommercially focusedRentokil Initial is a member of the FTSE 100 of leading companies.
