Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one phone consultations with potential students to explore their inner drives and intrinsic motivations, areas of satisfaction, and desired career adjustments. Recommend suitable training options tailored to individual aspirations.Provide tools for success in the chosen career path.Convert generated leads into sales; no cold calling is involved.Manage CRM and database appropriately.Achieving monthly KPIs and targets.What Sets Us Apart: Full end-to-end support for students, including guidance from our Student Care team and Career Services, who are dedicated to helping students secure employment.
