Sales of Used Motor Vehicles Have a proven track record in Automotive Sales (preferred) and the ability to work to targets. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can build solid relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders (Finance, Insurance, and Aftermarket). Strong negotiation, objection handling, and customer engagement skills. A Valid Driver's Licence (open). Job Responsibilities: Welcome new and existing customers to the dealership. Promote all manufacturer and dealership campaigns including providing details of comparative brands and models where appropriate. Help to develop new business relationships by contacting potential customers and participating in dealership marketing events and initiatives. Maintain contact with all new and prospective customers to further develop the sales relationship. Keep abreast of new manufacturing product information and follow all dealership and company systems and procedures. Develop new business relationships by actively following up on promotional material and information stored in the CRM.
