As an established Radio frequency solutions supplier since 1970, ZCG has a renowned name in the RF Industry for high quality, robust and industry leading solutions, including custom one-off solutions.Opportunity Overview:As our sales continue to experience remarkable growth as one of the few remaining RF solution providers in Australia, we are in search of a Sales Consultant to complement our formidable team to better assist our wide array of clientele. If you excel in a technically-driven environment where no client has the same solution, and are passionate about forging strong client relationships while driving business expansion, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Engage, cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key clients ranging from Retail shops through to Broadcasters and Defence Primes/Companies, adeptly understanding their individual project/customer needs and delivering tailored product solutions that exceed expectations.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the diverse markets that ZCG is positioned within, driving growth and market penetration.Collaborate seamlessly with our manufacturing and technical services departments (on-site in Lindenow) to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.Act as the primary point of contact through video calls, emails, and phone calls to maintain and nurture strong client relationships.Be the face of the company at industry exhibitions engaging with sectors including Emergency Services, Broadcasting & Telecommunications and Defence, with opportunities for representation in overseas Exhibitions with our Government/Defence/Industry partnerships.Skills & Experience:While previous sales experience in B2B (Business-to-business) or B2G (Government/Defence) sectors is valued, it is not essential; a proven track record of exceptional customer service and technical understanding of a wide array of products is paramount.Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business prospects, coupled with a proactive and outgoing personality.Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and digital, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, coupled with proficiency in using MS Office and CRM platforms.A history of surpassing sales targets, showcasing your ability to deliver results in a technical and competitive market.A basic understanding of Radio Frequency (Antenna types, Frequency, Gain) would be preferred; however, on-site training and departmental resources are available to assist with learning/guidance.Working in an office environment utilising digital and phone-based contact with clientele, with opportunities for face-to-face engagement at Expos/Trade Shows/Site Visits.Secure a permanent full-time position with a financially stable and reputable company.Enjoy a work-life balance with a Monday to Friday set hours work week.Competitive remuneration and benefits package, reflective of your experience and contributions.Direct/Supported technical training to expand knowledge in the Radio Frequency field utilising on-site resources and knowledgeable team members in engineering/assembly and technical fields.Thrive in a collaborative team environment that prioritises product excellence and customer satisfaction.Direct access to all aspects of a SME family-owned business supplying to the world market.Receive ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to ensure your success and professional growth.Exciting opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding business within a dynamic industry.
