This includes and is not limited to:Bringing your A-game to every call! With your outstanding telephone etiquette and knack for building rapport, you'll be able to make our clients feel like you're right there in the room with them - even though all of our services are conducted over the phone.Understanding our clients' loan purpose, income and expense positions, and bank statements.Submitting applications within Finance One's credit policy to our internal credit team for approval.Converting finance approvals and sales opportunities into personal and vehicle loans for clients.Building long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and assisting them in meeting their financial requirements.Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs.WORK PERKSFrom team lunches and staff events, we know how to celebrate your success.
