We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our fantastic sales team based in Townsville .Your responsibilities will be to look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your sales territory (far north Queensland including Townsville, Cairns and surrounding areas). This Sales Consultant will be responsible for a portfolio within our Pest and Hygiene divisions.The candidate must be based in Townsville and will operate out of the office in Townsville.To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a

full product training , with hands on assistance from the Sales Manager, Business Manager and the Sales Team.In this role you will be responsible for these key areas:Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold callingServicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase salesDeveloping and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targetsBuilding strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipelineIdentifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful salesYou will have skills and experience including:Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targetsProven ability to source new business and customers and leveraging existing relationships to increase salesExperienced in working with CRM Systems, Google systems and Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated time management skillsAbility to cold-call & plan to sales territorySelf-motivation and ability to work autonomouslyExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentFull Australian Drivers LicenceOvernight travel to Cairns required (once per month)Able to travel to regional areas as sales opportunities requireIt would be highly advantageous if you also have:Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skillsStrive to reach & exceed salesVersatility to build rapport with people at all levelsCommercially focusedRentokil Initial is a member of the FTSE 100 of leading companies.
