This role entails a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including the development and execution of marketing strategies, management of social media and digital campaigns, and the creation of compelling content that connects with our audience through well defined and consistent messaging. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies. Your ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a creative approach, will be crucial. Join us at Living Unlimited and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a marketing strategy that drives our brand forward Key Responsibilities Email Marketing Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns. Develop, segment, and manage email lists based on consumer behaviour and demographics to maximise campaign effectiveness. Social Media Management Enhance and expand our brand's presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business, and LinkedIn. Generate and schedule captivating content tailored for different platforms and audiences. Monitor and engage with user interactions like likes, comments, and messages. General Marketing Create a range of promotional materials, including posters, banners, and signs, to support marketing initiatives. Performance Marketing Develop compelling creatives for digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Produce content strategically optimised for search engines to enhance online visibility. Measure and report on SEO performance. Actively gather reviews, testimonials, and case studies to bolster brand reputation. Address negative feedback swiftly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image. Brand Management Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides. Manage and organise brand assets and collateral. Contribute to refining and consistently representing our brand identity in all marketing efforts. Analytics Utilise analytics tools to track, report, and optimise the performance of various marketing campaigns. Production Oversee content production, including videos and graphics, and collaborate with external creators. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors for quality marketing materials. Ensure all content aligns with our brand and meets quality standards. Skills and Qualifications Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Strong editorial skills with attention to detail in grammar, tone, and brand consistency. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Creative flair for designing eye-catching and effective marketing materials, including banners, posters, and digital ads. Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and strategies, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing software. Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, social media, and performance marketing. Competence in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
