Key Responsibilities:Promote Sales and Engagement: Proactively drive sales by organising promotional activities, collaborating with local clubs and organisations, and engaging with potential residents.Handle Enquiries Professionally: Respond promptly and professionally to all sales enquiries, providing accurate information about the villages, available properties, and retirement living options.Maintain Records and Follow-Up: Ensure accurate record-keeping of all enquiries and follow up with potential residents through phone calls, letters, and brochures as per company procedures.Coordinate Sales Processes: Assist with the preparation and presentation of sales documents, ensuring all processes align with relevant legislation, including the Retirement Villages Act and other regulations.Facilitate Move-In Procedures: Oversee the move-in process for new residents, including finalising documentation, gathering next-of-kin details, and coordinating with management.Stay Educated on Products and Legislation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retirement living products, services, and legislative requirements, ensuring compliance with privacy, lease, and accreditation standards.Support Team Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with team members, including sales consultants, managers, and administrative staff, ensuring smooth collaboration.Attend Sales and Training Meetings: Participate in scheduled sales meetings and maintain necessary certifications, such as a Sales Licence, First Aid, and relevant safety accreditations.Emergency Callouts: Be available to assist with emergency callouts as required, ensuring resident safety and well-being.Uphold Confidentiality and Loyalty: Demonstrate professionalism, loyalty, and strict confidentiality regarding all company matters and resident information.Skills and Experience:Hold a current and valid driver's licence to meet the role's travel requirements.Possess a current real estate licence or be willing to obtain one.Maintain any necessary education or qualifications required for the role, ensuring they remain up to date.Seek approval for and attend training events essential for maintaining qualifications and excelling in the role.Proactively inform management when licence renewals are due and complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.Apply below in strict confidence or call Harry Presdee on 0423 051 339 or Jack Stanton on 0401 143 235 for a confidential conversation.
