The opportunity: You are a self-motivated, friendly retailer/customer service expert seeking a new challenge to join our Retail Team.
You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it's your own.
Key accountabilities: Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targetsMaximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product rangeEmbrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/InstagramMonitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and reportComply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements.Your experience: Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitudeAble to work independently and as a member of a teamEnjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environmentRetail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detailA strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIsAbility to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externallyAt Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
