THE OPPORTUNITY As a Sales Consultant, your primary focus is to sell new homes by generating and managing potential sales leads.
This is a full-time opportunity based out of one of our beautiful display homes located in the Skyridge Estate at Worongary, Gold Coast.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
Facilitate the purchase of Simonds homes from initial enquiry to issue of contractAssist in maintaining the day-to-day running of the display home, ensuring that it is presentable at all timesEstablish new sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities whilst accurately recording lead detailsSupport strategic marketing campaigns in line with business objectivesProvide an exceptionally high level of customer servicePlease note that our Sales team may be requested to work at other Display Homes from time to time.
WHO YOU ARE In order to be successful in this role, you will:
Have at least 12 months experience in a similar property sales or commercial, industrial or retail leasingHave strong sales experience, preferably in new home sales or similarHave experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIsBe flexible, adaptable and self-motivated in your approach to workBe able to build rapport and trust quickly and easilyUnderstand what delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse customer group entailsHave solid IT literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office suiteBe available to work weekends and public holidays as requiredKnowledge of SalesForce and access to a motor vehicle are also highly desirableWHY JOIN US?
