We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.
What we offer: The opportunity to work with designer bathroom products and fittings On the job training Monthly staff bonus (based on KPI's) Staff discount on product Immediate start The Opportunity: Assisting in store managerial duties including banking, budgets and rosters Consistently achieve sales, store and personal KPI targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff Action staff hiring, promotions and disciplinary procedures (where required) Ensure thorough induction and training for all new staff members Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store Manage all issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Manage trade accounts for store (if applicable) Manage stocktaking and stock control for store Manage the receipt and distribution of shipments Maintain showroom and warehouse ensuring it is kept clean & safe at all times Reporting and sales management Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company WH&S standards Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures Skills & Experience: Management experience in the retail sector is preferred (plumbing or interior sales advantageous) Driver's license mandatory Experience in managing and meeting KPI's Good level of computer literacy and MS applications Ability to build effective working relationships Solid communication and interpersonal skills Staff and Customer management skills Strong organisational skills Other Benefits Include: • Unlimited access to the GO1 learning platform
