We bring power, heat, and cooling to customers and communities wherever they need it.We are hiring immediately for a Sales Consultant - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.The RoleAggreko is currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Sales team in Darwin, Northern Territory.Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this role will be a key part of our business as you'll be responsible for continuing to strengthen our existing client base while looking for new business opportunities in supplying modular power and energy service solutions in the Mining, Building, Construction, and Utility Sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, establish, and manage existing and new major key account business opportunities within the region.Manage and grow revenue in key accounts by becoming an integral part of the key accounts business.Deliver key presentations for major opportunities to existing and potential Aggreko customers.Focus on transactional business customers and grow the customer base and their share of wallet in the short-term rental segment.Ensure all information for administrative tasks, including financials, invoicing, and reports, are completed on time and in line with policy and procedures.Maintain market awareness for opportunities, major projects, market trends, new products, and competitor activity.Participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings and periodic strategy meetings in conjunction with the Area Sales Manager.About YouProven track record in Account Management/Sales managing large accounts.Self-motivated/driven with the ability to work autonomously and think on your feet.Exceptional communication/presentation skills with a strong customer focus and understanding of the sales process.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Work within a local cohesive team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Experience in successfully delivering on weekly, monthly, and yearly KPIs.Previous experience within Rental Solutions or Power Generation would be an advantage or exposure to the rental industry.Possession of a current and valid driving license.Joining the Aggreko team will entitle you to…A competitive salary (commensurate with experience and knowledge).Fully maintained company vehicle, laptop, and phone - typical TOT.A lucrative Sales Incentive Scheme – with quarterly and yearly bonuses.Diverse range of career progression pathways.Access to multiple learning resources.Collaborative and connected team, who will offer support and guidance in skilled development.Employee Reward and Value Programs; including EAP and other benefits.Aggreko is an Equal Opportunity employer, dedicated to providing a work environment in which everyone feels safe, included, treated fairly, and with respect.
