About the Role: You will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring positive member experience in the gym whilst assisting the club manager within the club. Your duties will include the following:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive club culture Customer service – Answer customer questions and general inquiries Oversee maintenance needs and cleanliness of the club Servicing potential and new members Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day Promotion of the club within the local community Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out! Posting to Social media (training provided if needed) Desired Criteria Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management Experience/Knowledge/Qualification: Level 2 First Aid, CPR Working with Children Check Police Check Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work autonomously and in a team environment Proactive, organised and self motivated Part-time or Casual Opportunities available.
