The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Parts Sales Consultant to join the team!
Role responsibilities Answer and respond to sales enquiries via all available mediums Answer telephone enquiries in a timely, polite and professional manner Accurately identify the required parts, and identify the available stock within ACM Parts to fulfil the request Utilize Inventory system to establish the appropriate selling price for recycled parts Negotiate final pricing with customers Negotiate and sell extended warranties, freight Source parts from other recyclers maintaining brokered margin targets Ensure all documentation and reporting are processed in a timely manner Keep customer information accurate and up to date Adhere to all KPI's and follow best sales practice and behaviour Follow up with customers for open quotes & providing tracking information on orders Demonstrate advanced product knowledge Follow ACM Parts sales process to maximize revenue Does this sound like you?
Have a strong knowledge of cars and car parts Be experienced in a similar role (store person role advantageous) Have intermediate knowledge of computers/systems Be able to work autonomously Have Full Australian working rights We know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.
