Sales Consultant - Events

We are growing! We are looking for someone with a special passion for sales and events to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be the core point of contact for Events clientele.
About the role: Act as the primary contact when it comes to enquiries within your scope.Create customised proposals and packages for corporate and social clients.Negotiate package terms and inclusions.Innovate to enhance the customer experience.Clearly communicate event handover with our Event Coordinators once events are secured.Ability to communicate with confidence and influence.Ensure CRM is updated with all relevant client activity and correspondence.Execute site visits and meet-and-greets when it comes to events within your scope.Accommodate client schedules, including occasional out-of-hours work, ensuring a seamless sales process.Maintain an organised calendar of all enquiries, ensuring accurate scheduling.Handle client contracts, invoices, and payments related to bookings with attention to detail.Support department reporting, procurement, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient event operations as directed by the Head of Sales & Events.Actively promote special offers and marketing promotions to clients, contributing to event marketing initiatives.Ensure the prompt processing and timely payment of invoices for enquiries within your responsibility.Versatile Work Hours: Exhibit flexibility in working hours and days, dependent on event schedules. Regular availability for at least one Saturday per month is essential.
