You may be required to work at other stores across the state from time to time.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Retail sales & serviceInvoicingAnswering internal and external callsOne-on-one consultations with clients with follow up appointmentsPerform data downloads for customers and forward onto doctors and care providersWorking as a teamProduct assemblyLiaise with key clients ie. OTs, Physio, NursesBuild strong relationships with hospital teamsBasic customer training on safe usage of equipmentBooking appointments and scheduling calendarsHome & regional visits to palliative and immobile patientsSet-up clients on CPAP & BIPAP devicesOrdering & unpacking of stockGeneral AdministrationDrive sales and growth of businessSterilisation of equipment using specific standards of cleaningLiaise with doctors, nurses and hospitalsAssist with general customer service in mobility equipment if requiredAll required training will be provided to the successful applicants, a variety of on-the-job training, online training courses, seminars/webinars and required reading will be available depending on the role.About YouTo qualify, the right candidate must be a mature, confident and well organised individual with a strong drive to achieve.You will work as part of a small team of around 50 (and growing) colleagues across 8 stores & clinics around the state.
