You are responsible for helping to run the day-to-day tasks that make the gym run smoothly, achieving KPI's and sales targets, and engaging with our members while staying on top of maintenance and current hygiene standards. We're looking for someone with great leadership skills, communication skills, and someone who loves to take ownership!Specifically, you will:Drive membership sales and reach sales targetsService potential and new membersEnsure the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently day to dayAchieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisPromote the club within the local communityDrive marketing and advertising campaignsUphold the requirements for security and OH&SCreate a fun, friendly, and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out!Post to social media (training provided if needed)Desired Criteria:Sales experience or strong customer service experienceSolid understanding of targets, KPI's, and lead generationPassionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help othersSelf-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personallyProactive – offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with the managementExperience/Knowledge/Qualification:Certificate III or IV in Fitness (highly desirable, not essential)First Aid/CPR certificateWorking with Children (Blue Card)Police Check CertificateCasual Position.If you believe you are the successful candidate for this position, apply now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
