Position Summary:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of aging individuals and their families? BodeWell is seeking a Sales Consultant who possesses a deep understanding of the sales process and excels in relationship-building. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in attracting clients, guiding them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with aging clients and their families, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Field and respond to marketing campaign inquiries, actively listening to clients' inquiries and providing helpful responses. Guide clients through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism, resulting in increased client confidence and satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives and contribute to the strategic growth of the program. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing self-development through participation in professional education and training programs. Qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare or home care industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to relate to clients with empathy and compassion. Strong negotiation skills. Desirable:
Additional certifications related to sales or home care services. Knowledge of home care services and relevant regulations. Proficiency in multiple languages. Essential Skills & Attributes: Ability to empathize with the needs of aging clients and their families. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Commitment to ethical conduct.
